Program Overview:
- Assessment: In-Body Scan (Skeletal muscle mass, BF%)
- Performance Testing: Jump Height, Sprint Time, Change of Direction Ability
- Performance Re-Test: Monitoring improvements in Body Composition (Muscle mass, body fat %) and Jump Height, Sprint Time, Change of Direction Ability.
- Training (1 or 2 Days a Week): Semi-Private Basketball Skill Development Sessions: Small groups (max 10 athletes) for personalized coaching with a focus on small-sided games and individual constraints.
- Strength Program: Customized Strength Program delivered through Bridge Athletic app based on your assessment, position, and seasonal needs.
- Recovery: Platinum memberships receive full access to recovery modalities to include cold plunge

Coach Led Training Session Schedule:
Boys: Monday & Wednesdays 4-5pm
Girls: Tuesday & Thursday 4-5pm
