NFL Pro Day and Combine Training
The NFL Combine training program was created by our expert team of physicians, exercise and movement specialists, physical therapists, and performance coaches.
Our team works with athletes 1 on 1 to focus on mental and physical preparation. The program works on long-term athletic development using powerful body movement that encompasses balance and safety. At the core of the program, you will find that it centers around proper anatomical functional movements.

As a destination location, we make sure our athletes have access to the resources they need. Our 10,000 sq ft. facility has certified professional grade field turf, plyometric training systems, resistance and power training equipment, a pool, and physical therapy devices.
Regen & Recovery
An essential aspect of our program is the implementation of an integrated, holistic daily pre-rehabilitation routine. Based on Activ8’s injury assessment a custom plan is created using a varied of different modalities such as physical therapy, aquatic training, massage, and use the Normatec recovery system.
Through our guidance, athletes will receive nutritional supplementation, in addition to pre and post-workouts shakes. Each athlete will go over a proper meal prep plan that meets their needs/goals allowing them to make sure they are getting the right nutrients.

Each prospect in our combine training program receives a personalized training program which will exceed their personal goals and test their physical limitations to ensure maximum results are achieved.

How to Prepare
For those who are chosen to participate in the NFL Combine, preparation is key. Players who are serious in moving forward in their football careers will be ready for all tests and evaluations, Specifically, it’s imperative to be well trained in shuttle runs, broad jumps, bench pressing, and even athletic meal planning and prepping. In a sense, there is no such thing as being “too prepared.” Due to the nature of the competition, and the selective process in which players are chosen to attend, practice, determination, and hard work are all necessary components.
To increase the chances of a positive outcome, combine training alone is not enough. Long term athletic performance depends largely on setting the right foundations: speed, agility and strength, but also flexibility and mobility are key to a proper program. A comprehensive NFL Pro Day Training involves a lot more than practicing drills ad nauseam.
