Capitalize on our progressive performance training camp that builds on each week incrementally. Athletes who attend the 8-week camp see the greatest benefits, as they are fully immersed within the program, strengthening relationships with our performance coaches and staff, and developing their skills on a week-by-week basis.
We will ensure optimal training, innovative technology integrating sport-specific strength, power, movement and speed, mental toughness, with one goal in mind – maximizing athletic performance.
Summer Training at Activ8 is designed to provide high-level, comprehensive training for athletes in a supportive and stable environment. The goal is build your confidence and abilities. We use a progressive method to help achieve this goal. We will teach you how to train safely, how to think properly about sport, how to organize yourself so the time you do spend playing is more valuable; and how to recover in order enhance future performance.
ELITE ATHLETE: JULIA

TIME: 9:00AM – 10:15AM
Monday – Thursday
This curriculum serves to improve running, movement and exercise mechanics. Speed, strength and core development are three of our main pillars addressed in this program. Having the athletes gain knowledge of how to do foundation exercises properly is essential to the athletes’ development.
Elite High School Athlete
TIME: 10:30AM – 11:45AM
Monday – Thursday
Activ8’s High School program derives from our professional athlete training regimen. This comprehensive 8-week program addresses speed development, power output, muscle gain, core strength, energy system development, and flexibility and mobility improvement.
