Activ8 Team Training with Vista Storm Soccer Club

Activ8 Team Training for all levels of athletes

This curriculum serves to improve running, movement and exercise mechanics. Speed, strength and core development are three of our main pillars addressed in this program. Having the athletes gain knowledge of how to do foundation exercises properly is essential to the athletes’ development.

Activ8 Mock NFL Combine and Pro Day

Activ8’s highest level curriculum derives from our professional athlete training regimen. This comprehensive 8-week program addresses speed development, power output, muscle gain, core strength, energy system development, and flexibility and mobility improvement.

Athletes are assessed pre and post curriculum to quantify improvement. 

Testing Weeks: Week 1, Week 5 and Week 9

Athletes will have 10-weeks to complete their 8-week Summer Training Program.
