Program Overview:
Perfect for athletes balancing busy schedules while still getting the training they need to elevate their game. Our College Prep Program goes beyond physical training. We aim to instill in athletes the mindset, discipline, and independence required to thrive in a collegiate environment. By exposing them to a structured training regimen and fostering independence, we prepare athletes for the challenges and expectations they will encounter at the collegiate level.
- Class Size: Up to 10 athletes per class, ensuring personalized attention and coaching.
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday @ 630pm, Saturday at 9am
