Program Overview:
Our 60-minute Sports Performance Training program is built to help middle school athletes move better, get stronger, and reduce their risk of injury—all while developing the mindset and habits that fuel long-term success.
Schedule & Training Format
- Current Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays @ 4:15 PM
- Session Length: 60 minutes
- Format: Semi-Private based training

No matter the sport—or the season—our proven performance system helps athletes build a competitive edge that carries onto the field, court, or track.
Memberships:
Option 1: Gold – 1 Class / week
Option 2: Platinum – Unlimited Classes
Group Memberships do not receive access to the facility outside of classes.
Middle School Performance Training Benefits
Customized Training
Each athlete receives an initial performance consultation; analysis of body, movement and goals.
Small Group Training
Work with a Performance Coach who helps to push and support athletes to meet their training goals.
Recovery Services
After each training session, athletes have the opportunity to enhance their recovery using Normatec Dynamic Air Compression.
